The West Bradford Township Planning Commission has voted to recommend approval of a subdivision on Telegraph Road that would permit the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints to add to its property.
Robert Hodge requested the subdivison of a 16-acre parcel into a 14-acre lot and a two-acre lot. Hodge plans to sell the two-acre lot to the church.
At a meeting Tuesday night, the commission voted 5-0 to recommend the approval to the Board of Supervisors.
With the two-acre lot, the church will increase its holdings to 5.9 acres.
