Penmar Builders is constructing condominium townhouses and apartments in two-story stucco-and-brick buildings at Trent Manor in West Norriton Township.

Five models of townhouses, with 1,120 to 1,650 square feet of living space, are offered for between $89,900 and $114,900. The three models of apartments have 832 to 985 square feet of living space and cost $69,900 to $85,900.

Story continues below.

A condominium fee of $74 per month covers insurance, snow and trash removal, landscaping and exterior maintenance of the buildings.

Standard in each residence are gas hot-air heat, central air conditioning, wood or wood-trimmed laminate cabinets, molded vanity tops (some powder-room basins are ceramic), Fiberglas tub-and-shower units, wrought-iron railings, panel doors and bi-fold panel closet doors; 100-ampere electrical service; 40- gallon water heater, and washer and dryer.

Extra-cost options include wood deck, fireplace (in some models) and upgraded cabinets, flooring and appliances.

A basement is standard in every unit, including the apartments, and the laundry area is in the basement. A fireplace is standard in one townhouse model and one apartment model and optional in three townhouse models.

The exteriors of the buildings feature arched entrances, courtyards partly defined by curved brick walls, bay windows, arched windows and gables.

Some of the buildings have only apartments, with upstairs and downstairs units. These buildings offer a common entrance foyer and basement entrance for each two units. Apartments are also on one end of the townhouse buildings.

The apartments have one or two bedrooms and one or two baths. Each has an L-shaped living-dining room and a galley kitchen.

The townhouses have two or three bedrooms and 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 baths. The end model (Unit F) is a three-bedroom, 2 1/2-bath unit featuring a cathedral ceiling in the foyer, a glass-paned front door with a fan transom and side

lights. This model has an L-shaped family room-dining room, plus a living room. A living-room fireplace is standard in this model.

Unit B has three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, a corner kitchen opening to an L-shaped family room-dining room, and a formal living room. Box bay windows are in the living room, master bedroom and one other bedroom.

Units C, D and E all have two bedrooms, a windowed bay in the kitchen, and a living-dining room. Unit C has 2 1/2 baths; units D and E have 1 1/2 baths.

Forty-one units have been sold at Trent Manor.
