Bill Robinson was appointed manager of the Phillies' double-A farm team in Reading, and Larry Andersen was named the club's pitching coach. Robinson, who hit .258 in a 16-year major-league career that included time with the Phillies, has coached in the majors and managed in the minors. He was Reading's batting coach last season. Andersen began last season as a player- coach with Reading but saw his career ended by injuries.

Cincinnati agreed to a two-year contract with Hal Morris. The first baseman, who made $3.3 million last season, agreed to take a pay cut of more than 50 percent for 1996. He'll receive $1.6 million next season and $3.1 million in 1997.
The New York Mets agreed to a $5 million, two-year contract with Jose Vizcaino. The shortstop, who had a $1,355,000 salary in 1995, will get $2.3 million next season and $2.7 million in 1997.
Tony Pe na returned to the Cleveland Indians, agreeing to a $525,000, one- year contract, a raise of $75,000.
Reliever Danny Cox and the Toronto Blue Jays agreed to a minor-league contract that would pay him $490,000 if he makes the team.
Lefthander Mike Mu noz and the Colorado Rockies agreed to a $280,000, one- year contract, a cut of $20,000. Mu noz, 30, was 2-4 last season with a 7.42 ERA.
The last of the Cleveland Indians' single-game seats - for an exhibition game March 30 against the Pittsburgh Pirates at Jacobs Field - were sold. The entire regular season has been sold out.
