The Sunday night finale at the Academy of Music is ``Ella: A Celebration.'' The George Shearing Trio, Betty Clark and Trio, and Clark Terry will pay tribute the late, great singer with the perfect voice at 7 p.m. Feb. 16. The show costs $20 to $28.50.

``Master Class.'' Oscar-winning actress Faye Dunaway will star as Maria Callas in Terence McNally's Tony-winning play Master Class at the Merriam Theatre for eight performances Feb. 18 through 23.
The show, directed by Leonard Foglia, presents a tempestuous and passionate Maria Callas as she challenges aspiring opera singers.
Dunaway has received Academy Award nominations for Bonnie and Clyde and Chinatown, and won for her role in Network. Also featured in the cast are Kevin Paul Anderson, Gary Green, Suzan Hanson and Melinda Klump.

Phil Collins. Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Saturday for England's most famous drummer-singer-songwriter, Phil Collins, the sometime front man for Genesis who had chart-topping solo hits with ``Susudio'' and ``Another Day in Paradise.'' His show is scheduled for 8 p.m. March 29 at the CoreStates Center, and is part of the Dance Into the USA Tour. Tickets are $35 and $50.
And on sale today at noon, are tickets for mellow 'XPN regular singer-songwriter Paula Cole's two all-reserved-seating shows, Feb. 20 and 22 at the Theatre of Living Arts. Tickets are $20.25.

The Rivals. The Walnut Street Theatre and Britain's Derby Playhouse are coproducing an updated verson of Sheridan's classic comedy The Rivals here from March 1 to April 13, after its run in England.
The international endeavor involved cooperation with governments and Actors Equity on both sides of the Atlantic, because the cast is composed of both Americans and Brits.
