OLD SCHOOL FLAVA. The music just keeps on coming at the Dell East, 33rd Street and Ridge Avenue, and tonight is no exception. R&B/jazz/funk icons Mandrill and War (pictured) kick it starting at 8 p.m., as part of the WDAS-FM radio's Unity Week 1997 festivities. Tickets are $15, $9 & $6. Info: 215-685-9560.

PO-JAZZ. If it's jazz and it's poetry, it must be the third Monday of the month. The PO-JAZZ CONNECTION presents music by the Arpeggio Jazz Ensemble - along with poet/rapper Zaki Bey - at Warmdaddy's, 6 S. CALLING ALL BANDS. Do you and the rest of the guys who hang around in your garage have what it takes to break into the record biz?
