Joseph Barbera, half of the famous animation team Hanna-Barbera, holds the Liberty Bell Award he received from the City of Philadelphia. Barbera is in town to talk up a new exhibit at the Animation Art Resources Gallery. Barbera is best known for creating such characters as the Flintstones and Yogi Bear.
