Colleen Del Monte of West Chester has been promoted to business manager for molecular sieves and silica catalysts at PQ Corp. in Valley Forge. The company manufactures silicate-derived specialty products. Del Monte, who has an undergraduate degree in chemical engineering and an MBA in marketing, joined PQ in 1996.

Eagle National Bank has announced the promotion of Todd Dickinson of Secane to assistant manager of the Lansdowne branch. He previously was customer-service representative.

Alcom Printing Group plans to consolidate equipment and its 150 employees from its operations at Havertown Printing Co. in Broomall and Lehigh Litho Inc. in Bethlehem, Pa., at a new facility to open in Harleysville in June. Alcom's printing includes business-to-business catalogs and directories, brochures and direct-mail materials.

The Chester County commissioners have named Rosemary Silva of West Chester, a senior account representative for The Hunt Magazine, to the board of the Chester County Conference and Visitors Bureau.
