I HAD a really good laugh while watching TV.
It was a Bush campaign ad where a grave voiceover states, "John Kerry voted for a 50-cent-per-gallon tax increase."
Guess what? Soon we'll be paying 50 cents more per gallon than the day this commercial was taped. But will this extra money be going to government revenues?
Don't be silly! It will be going to the big-oil friends of Bush and Cheney. Now they can buy new yachts - after all, it's not their money.
