Philadelphia Coaches vs. Cancer is hosting a boys' basketball tournament tomorrow, Saturday and Sunday at Temple's Pearson Hall, Student Pavilion and McGonigle Hall.

The tournament, sanctioned by the PIAA and divided into 16-under and 17-under divisions, will feature 52 teams and more than 500 players, most of them underclassmen, from as far away as New England and Virginia.

According to NCAA guidelines, Division I college coaches are permitted to scout the players on Saturday and Sunday, and organizers said they expect more than 50 colleges to be represented.

The tournament runs from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. tomorrow night, from 9:15 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Saturday and from 9:15 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Sunday.

The championship games are set for Sunday at 2:30 at McGonigle Hall. All other games will be played at either Pearson Hall or the Student Pavilion.

Tickets are $5 per day or $10 for all three days and can be purchased at the door.
