Good Taste

Those unfamiliar with or intimidated by foreign flavors can get a taste of India in a familiar format.

Indian restaurateur-chef Sukhdev Kabow, after consulting with local chef Terry Owens, revisited Indian classics in a variation on the popular naan bread. Instead of filled (as kulchi), the naan is topped with traditional tikka sauce - a creamy tomato base with Indian spices - and tandoor-cooked chicken.

Voila! Indian pizza.
