MarketBasket | No-drip cones

We love ice cream cones, but can pass on the kitsch of most earthenware copies.

We prefer these multipurpose waffle-cone glasses from Libby. They're great for double dips and sundaes. Also, for summer drinks or desserts from lemonade to tiramisu.

Waffle-cone glasses, frosted ice cream colors or clear, set of 4, $14.99. At Target stores nationwide and www.target.com.

Flavor to go

When the recipe calls for an infusion of classic herbs, skip the search for cheesecloth and ensuing construction. Skip the chore of straining out loose herb stems later.

Reach instead for ready-made Bouquets Garnis from Oliviers in France: oregano, thyme and savory rolled in bay leaves, secured with cotton string for easy removal.

Bouquets Garnis, bag of 8, $10. At www.quelobjet.com.

Gimme granola

It's a challenge not to pluck the fruits and nuts from Kashi's trail mix-style seven-grain granolas before they reach the cereal bowl.

Mountain Medley has sun-dried cranberries, raisins, almonds, pecans, sunflower seeds and coconut in the mix.

Orchard Spice includes dried apples, raisins, pecans, flaxseeds and sweet spices.

Kashi 7-grain Granolas, Mountain Medley and Orchard Spice, 13.7 ounces, $4.59. At supermarkets nationwide.
