These sushi-style tea sandwiches might have shocked the Victorians, but they're a pick-me-up on a hot July afternoon on the Main Line. We found them at Philadelphia Lobster & Fish Co., where the sushi chef spikes sushi-grade ground tuna with chile-mayo, then stuffs it between rice triangles for a tuna sandwich that bites back.
