Homicide detectives sought a motive yesterday in the shooting death of an 18-year-old man in Philadelphia's East Frankford section.
The victim, who was not immediately identified, was shot in an arm and the chest about 1:20 a.m. on the 2100 block of Wakeling Street, near Torresdale Avenue, police said.
He was pronounced dead at 1:36 a.m. at Hahnemann University Hospital, police said.- Joseph A. Gambardello
