Mike Zagurski and Yoel Hernandez became the 15th and 16th players, respectively, to be placed on the disabled list. Zagurski strained his right hamstring Saturday at PNC Park. Hernandez, who just replaced Zagurski on the 25-man roster Sunday, has a sore right shoulder. Both had MRIs yesterday.
