On Oct. 4, the Food section will publish a list of area cooking and wine schools and classes for this fall. Schools and instructors are invited to submit brief listings with the date, time, location, topic and fee for classes (plus any required supply costs.) Include a business card or letterhead and a telephone number for confirmation.
Classes must be open to the public. Pubication is subject to confirmation and space limitations. Details must be recieved by 5 p.m. Sept. 25.
