Did You Notice?

* The nice block by rookie tight end Brent Celek on the first of Brian Westbrook's two touchdown runs.

* Most of the Eagles' rushing success against the Lions was to the left side.

* Correll Buckhalter's mistake on a second-quarter kickoff return. He caught it in the end zone, stepped out, then realized he made a poor decision. He was tackled at the 12-yard line.

* The Eagles quickly ran a play without a huddle after an 18-yard reception by Curtis late in the second quarter. Donovan McNabb's pass was low and appeared to hit the ground, but was ruled a catch. The Eagles smartly ran a play before the Lions could challenge the call.

* Trent Cole apparently has decided to honor ex-Eagle linebacker Jeremiah Trotter by using his ax-man routine after some of his sacks.

* After injuring his eye late in the first half, right guard Shawn Andrews wore an eye shield on his helmet in the second half.

* Sav Rocca's poor punt early in the fourth quarter. Booted a 36-yarder that had just 3.32-second hangtime.

* Tony Hunt finally got a chance to play. The rookie third-rounder had four carries and scored his first NFL TD on a 1-yard run with 7:27 left in the fourth quarter.
