A sack of records

The Eagles defense finished with nine sacks, the second-highest single-game total in franchise history. Three Eagles - Trent Cole (3), Brodrick Bunkley (2), and Juqua Thomas (2) - recorded 2 or more sacks in the same game for the first time in team history (The NFL started compiling sacks in 1982.) Through three games, they have 14 sacks; Trent Cole has 4.5 to lead the team. They had 16 at the same point last season; Cole led with five.

6 Touchdowns on eight first-half possessions for the Birds. On the other two, they fumbled away the ball at the Lions' 4 and threw an interception right before halftime.

80.8 Completion percentage for Donovan McNabb, a career high. It's the third time he completed more than 80 percent of his passes.

158.3 QB rating for McNabb, a perfect score. He completed 18 consecutive passes during the game, his second-longest streak since completing an NFL record 24 consecutive passes over two games in 2004.
