To the Eagles' longtime ticket man Leo Carlin on his well-deserved nomination this week for the Pro Football Hall of Fame. I've been covering this game for the better part of 25 years, and Leo easily makes my top 5 of the nicest football people I've known. The Lions are 5-2 even though they are 28th in the league in total defense, 30th in pass defense, 25th in points allowed, 31st in first downs allowed, 26th in rushing and 32nd in third-down efficiency, and have been outscored, 178-156.

The Jaguars managed to beat the Bucs last week despite the fact that their quarterback, Quinn Gray, completed just seven passes.
