It was billed as a showdown of two of the NFC's better teams, but all it revealed was how far ahead the Eagles were from the rest of the conference.
Donovan McNabb threw five touchdowns and set a franchise record with 464 passing yards as the 11-1 Eagles overwhelmed the Packers, 47-17. McNabb started with 14 consecutive completions, which, counting the previous game, gave him 24 and broke Joe Montana's league record.
