South Atlantic League All-Star Game
CHARLESTON, W. Va. - Calvin Anderson of the host West Virginia Power singled in the winning run in the bottom of the ninth as the North won the South Atlantic League All-Star Game, 8-7.
Justin De Fratus of Lakewood gave up a solo home run to Lexington's Elbert Rosario to tie the game in the top of the inning, but he picked up the win.
Lakewood's Anthony Gose led off for the North and went 2 for 5 with a double and two runs. Teammate Travis d'Arnaud had a two-run single in the fifth. The BlueClaws' Tyler Cloyd pitched a scoreless second.
