The Golden State Warriors agreed to trade guard Jamal Crawford to the Atlanta Hawks last night, NBA.com reported.

The Warriors will receive guards Acie Law and Speedy Claxton, a former 76er, a league source said.

Crawford, 29, averaged 19.7 points per game last season, his only one with Golden State. The nine-year veteran also played for the Chicago Bulls and New York Knicks.

Claxton, who starred at Hofstra under current Villanova coach Jay Wright, was taken 20th overall in the 2000 draft by the 76ers. Traded to San Antonio in 2002, he also has played for Golden State, New Orleans, and Atlanta. He played only two games for the Hawks last season because of injuries.

Jordan focus of suit. A Massachusetts company has sued Nike and the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame, claiming it has been cut out of the sportswear business related to Michael Jordan's induction into the Hall of Fame.

SportsFuzion Inc., of Westwood, claims plans by Nike and the Hall of Fame for a line of Jordan sportswear violate a contract SportsFuzion says gave it exclusive licensing rights to the Hall of Fame's logos, trademarks, designs and photos for use in sportswear.

Nike is expected to release its Air Jordan Hall of Fame collection this summer, ahead of Jordan's induction into the Hall of Fame in September.

The lawsuit, filed Monday in Norfolk Superior Court in Dedham, Mass., seeks damages in excess of $10 million.

"We believe the complaint is without merit, and we will defend ourselves vigorously," said Derek Kent, a spokesman for Nike.

Scott Zuffelato, a vice president at the Springfield-based Hall of Fame, also disputed the lawsuit's claims.
