Stoops has said Oklahoma would spend the week watching Bradford's recovery and determine whether he can play Saturday against the 17th-ranked Hurricanes, perhaps as late as game day.
He has said Bradford has not had any setbacks in his recovery, but refused to give any details on what he has been able to do in practice.

* Florida coach Urban Meyer said quarterback Tim Tebow is improving after sustaining a concussion.
Meyer said on the weekly Southeastern Conference teleconference that Tebow "looked terrific" when he saw him late Tuesday night.
Tebow spent Saturday night in a Kentucky hospital after sustaining a concussion during a third-quarter sack against the Wildcats.
Florida is off until Oct. 10, when it visits LSU.
