A Phillies pep rally is underway at Dilworth Plaza at City Hall. The event goes till 1 p.m.
Mayor Nutter is attending the event along with former Phillies catcher Darren Daulton, the Phillie Phanatic, the Phillies Ballgirls, public address announcer Dan Baker, public affairs director Scott Palmer and Citizens Bank officials.
