  • Cole Hamels arrives at Penn Station in New York after the team took the train from Philadelphia yesterday. He and Brett Myers denied arguing.
  • Phillies pitcher Cliff Lee and his teammates arrive at 30th Street Station on Oct. 27, 2009, to catch a train to New York for the start of the 2009 World Series. The next night, Lee won Game 1 at Yankee Stadium.

Fans at 30th Street Station waved signs reading "Beat NY" and "Do It For Harry" as the Phillies once again took Amtrak to the Big Apple to continue their World Series battle with the Yankees.

The train was scheduled to leave about 3:30 and arrive in New York a little more than an hour later.

The only Phillies to show up Tuesday at Yankee Stadium, though, were manager Charlies Manuel and Game 6 starting pitcher Pedro Martinez.

The Phillies won Game 5 Monday night, but the Yankees lead the series, 3 games to 2.

No official sendoff was planned this time, but on Oct. 27, an outdoor rally was held on the 29th Street side of the station as the team departed for the next night's Game 1 in New York.
