Two men weren't so lucky in the early hours of St. Patrick's Day, falling victim yesterday to a fatal double shooting.

About 1:40 a.m. two men were sitting inside a white car on Cobbs Creek Parkway near Walnut Street when one or more shooters approached and opened fire, police said.

One of the victims, whose identity police had not determined by last night, was shot three times in his back, three times in his left thigh and once in his right thigh, police said.
