All-South Jersey Boys' Lacrosse Teams

First team

Attack: Ben Schwing, senior, Shawnee. The Rutgers-bound athlete generated 59 goals and 28 assists.

Attack: Ryan Redmond, senior, Kingsway. He scored 42 goals, including five in playoff victory over Seneca.

Attack: Steve Chapman, junior, Washington Township. He led the Minutemen with 47 goals and 24 assists.

Midfield: Gabe Voumard, senior, St. Augustine. He is the South Jersey Player of the Year.

Midfield: Phil Bhaya, senior, Haddonfield. Bhaya led South Jersey in goals with 64 and averaged 14 ground balls.

Midfield: Steve Pontrello, sophomore, St. Augustine. He scored 48 goals with 13 assists.

Defense: Geli Carabases, senior, Lenape. He led the Indians' sturdy defense.

Defense: Frank Sirch, senior, Eastern. Sirch had 64 ground balls for the Vikings.

Defense: Ben Vessels, senior, St. Augustine Prep. He was a top long-stick for South Jersey's No. 1 team.

Goalie: Ben Kenuk, senior, Moorestown. He faced the state's top shooters game in and game out.

Second team

Attack: Owen Demmerly, sophomore, Shawnee.

Attack: Nikko Pontrello, junior, St. Augustine Prep.

Attack: Ryan Leonard, senior, Lenape.

Midfield: Chad Gamble, junior, Moorestown.

Midfield: Mike Southwick, junior, Seneca.

Midfield: Charles Wilmer, senior, Cherry Hill West.

Defense: Brandon Tower, senior, Seneca.

Defense: Lee Robledo, junior, Washington Township.

Defense: Ryan Rockwell, senior, Kingsway.

Goalie: Dylan Florig, senior, Eastern.
