Man is shot to death in Kingsessing

An unidentified man was fatally shot Wednesday night in the Kingsessing section, police said. About 7 p.m., the man was shot in the head and upper body in the 5600 block of Windsor Avenue, police said. He was pronounced dead at the scene by medics. Police said the shooting might have stemmed from an argument. - Robert Moran
