A 19-year-old man on a bicycle died early Saturday after he was shot twice in the back, police said.
Riquan Westbrook of North Philadelphia was found at 23rd Street and Watkins Street in South Philadelphia.
He was transferred to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, where he died at 2:04 a.m., police said.
