The Independence Seaport Museum, Philadelphia, said John J. Gazzola had been named president and chief executive officer. Gazzola previously was the vice president and general manager of the Philadelphia division of Moran Towing Corp.

TD Bank N.A. has named Timothy A. Proctor a senior vice president and commercial real estate market director for the metro Philadelphia region. Proctor had been the New Jersey regional manager for the real estate banking group at Wells Fargo Bank in Basking Ridge, N.J.

James W. Miller has rejoined Kelleher Associates Inc., the Wayne executive-coaching and career-management firm, as senior vice president and principal. Miller had been a principal and managing director at Wellington Management Group, a retained executive-search firm.

Tengion Inc., an East Norriton biotechnology company, has appointed Sunita B. Sheth chief medical officer, vice president, clinical and regulatory affairs. She most recently was vice president, specialty care business unit, for Pfizer Inc. as part of its acquisition of Wyeth.

Joseph Ondrejko has been named vice president of ticket sales for the Philadelphia 76ers. Ondrejko had been vice president of ticket sales for the Columbus Blue Jackets of the National Hockey League.

Opportunity Finance Network, a Philadelphia-based network of community-development financial institutions, said Jennifer Vasiloff had been named executive vice president of policy. Vasiloff previously provided government-relations and public-policy advice as an independent consultant to OFN and other nonprofit organizations.

The Cumberland Insurance Group, Bridgeton, N.J., said Paul J. Ritter III had been named president and chief executive officer. The appointment follows the retirement of president and CEO Robert P. Brady, who will continue to serve on the board of directors.
