Storm cuts power to 10,000 Peco customers

A fast-moving storm Monday caused power outages for nearly 10,000 Peco Energy customers, said a utility spokesman. Most were in western Chester County, where the storm first hit late in the afternoon, and in Delaware County, said spokesman Ben Armstrong.
