Matt Schram has been named the baseball coach at Council Rock North.
Schram, 42, was in charge at New Hope-Solebury for the last five seasons. In 2009, he led the Lions, with a roster of just 12, to their second straight PIAA District 1 Class AA championship and a first-round state-playoff victory.
Schram, formerly an assistant at Council Rock South (2003-05) and Plymouth Whitemarsh (2001-02), replaces Dan Kusters, whose contract was not renewed.
