Don't expect the Phillies to sign righthander Pedro Martinez again this season, according to MLB.com.
General manager Ruben Amaro Jr. spoke with Martinez's agent, Fernando Cuza, on Tuesday, and Cuza told him that Martinez has not yet thrown off a mound.
