A Pennsauken man has been arrested in the fatal shooting of another Pennsauken resident in Camden, authorities said Friday.

Mark Mosley, 27, shot Simere Peoples, 20, around 8:20 p.m. April 27 at 32d and Pelham Streets, said the Camden County Prosecutor's Office and Camden Police Chief Scott Thomson. Pennsauken police arrested Mosley Thursday night.

Witnesses told authorities that they saw a conversation between Mosley and Peoples turn into an altercation, and then Mosley drew a handgun and shot Peoples, the Prosecutor's Office said.

Mosley, of the 700 block of Tripoli Avenue, was held Friday in the Camden County Jail on $600,000 bail, authorities said. - Darran Simon
