ALTOONA, Pa. - D.J. Mitchell gave up three runs over six innings as the Trenton Thunder beat the Altoona Curve, 8-3, Friday night. Justin Wilson went 21/3 innings, also gave up three hits, six walks, and was charged with three runs and the loss.

READING - The Phillies amassed 14 hits on their way to a win over the Aeros, who got nine hits. The difference in the the game was the five runs Reading scored in the bottom of the fifth inning to pull ahead.

LAKEWOOD, N.J. - The BlueClaws managed just one run, but that was all it took as Colby Shreve and the bullpen shut down the RiverDogs.

BRIDGEPORT, Conn. - Camden scored two runs in the top of the ninth in a game that pitted the Riversharks against the Bluefish. Jorge Julio, who gave up the two runs in relief for the Bluefish, was tagged with the loss.

ALLENTOWN - The Tides built an 8-0 lead in the first seven innings and then hung on as the IronPigs gamely tried to catch up. Lehigh Valley scored three runs in the final two innings, two of them on a Domonic Brown home run in the bottom of the ninth.
