The world's most perfect woman, Angelina Jolie, who has made perfect babies with the perfect dude, Brad Pitt, has given her imprimatur to humanity's latest, and insipidest, communication method.

Angie has joined Twitter.

Why did it take her so long? Us Weekly says someone else was using @AngelinaJolie, and it's taken forever to separate that sad sap from the account. (Was the old user paid off? Have they, um, been disappeared?) A source says if Angie goes Twitt-active, it'll be "for charity-related items or sharing links."

Wyclef Jean as Haiti's next leader?

The ex-Fugees singer's family says the Haitian-born Jean is considering running in the presidential campaign this year. Jean, 37, is no stranger to Haitian national affairs. In '07, he was appointed Haiti's ambassador-at-large by President Rene Preval, who cannot seek reelection.

"Wyclef's commitment to his homeland and its youth is boundless, and he will remain its greatest supporter regardless of whether he is part of the government," says a statement signed "The Jean Family."

Hope I die before I get old . . .

Metal hero Ozzy Osbourne, who had a decades-long love affair with booze and drugs, says he's lived 21 years longer than he expected. "When I was 21, I said I was going to be dead at the age of 40," Ozzy, 61, tells Parade. "That was great until I was 39½. Then I thought, well maybe I could stick around a bit longer."

Love is a battlefield

Halle Berry arrived in South Africa Monday for a three-month movie shoot with her ex-bf, Gabriel Aubry, in tow. He's there to help take care of their 16-month-old girl, Nahla Ariela Aubry.
