Sweeten was indicted by a federal grand jury in May and moved to federal custody in June after serving 10 months on state charges regarding the staged 9-1-1 call. U.S. District Judge William Yohn Jr. said Sweeten, a former paralegal, had "a substantial incentive to flee." Her trial is set for Nov. 29.
