South Jersey Girls' Tennis Players to Watch

Taylor Ng, sophomore, Haddonfield. Ng was the South Jersey Tennis Coaches Association Player of the Year as a freshman. She went 40-5 and reached the semifinals of state singles tournament.

Jamie Silverberg, junior, Cherry Hill East. Silverberg beat Ng in three sets in the finals of the Camden County tournament. She lost to Ng in three sets in the semifinals of the S.J. Interscholastic Tournament. Silverberg Went 36-3 last season and has 64 career victories.

Lindsey Kayati, junior, Woodstown. Kayati reached the SJIT finals as a freshman and sophomore. She lost to Ng in three sets last season. She went 29-2 last season and has a 50-7 career mark.

Meghan Burns, senior, Haddonfield. Burns went 31-4 at second singles last season and won the decisive match in the Tournament of Champions final in three sets. She has a career mark of 93-22.

Spencer Ng, senior, Haddonfield. She was named as the top No. 3 singles player in the state last year by the Newark Star-Ledger. She went 37-4 and reached the SJIT semifinals, and has a 107-19 career mark.

Emma Allen, junior, Moorestown. Allen went 20-8 last season at No. 1 singles and was the top player in Burlington County. She was named to coaches' All-South Jersey team.

Adrienne Kaye, junior, Holy Spirit. Named All-South Jersey by the coaches association, she is the defending Cape-Atlantic League singles champion.

Ania Krawiec, sophomore, Bishop Eustace. Krawiec went 21-8 last season at No. 1 singles.

Maddie Graziani, sophomore, Woodbury. Graziani was 28-4 last season at No. 1 singles and was the top player in Gloucester County.

Steph Kaplan, junior, Eastern. Kaplan is a two-year No. 1 singles player for a deep Vikings team.

Blake Pescatore, junior, Vineland. She went 18-3 last season.

Sarah Lippincott, senior, Millville. A four-year singles player, she finished 27-8 at No. 2 singles last season and has an 82-25 career record.

Brianna Snowden, senior, Lenape. Set for her third season at No. 1 singles for the Indians, Snowden reached the round of 16 in the SJIT last season.

Magill Kurts, senior, Burlington City. Kurts went 23-3 last season and is a four-year No. 1 singles player for the Blue Devils.

Breezy Maravich, freshman, Moorestown. A top junior-level player, Maravich is expected to make a big impact for the Quakers.

Amanda Connell, junior, Moorestown Friends. Connell went 17-5 at No. 1 singles for the Foxes last season.
