The Golden Hawks (14-2-1 overall, 11-2-1 league), ranked No. 4 in The Inquirer's Southeastern Pennsylvania Top 10, scored three first-half goals for a 3-1 lead.

Council Rock North topped visiting Neshaminy, 2-1, to claim its piece of the title. Raleigh D'Amico and Billy McConnell scored for the Indians (12-3-2, 11-2-1). They last claimed a title in 2006, when they won the state championship.

The Gators are 16-1-1 overall and can finish the league season at 8-0 with a win over Germantown Friends on Friday. Sam Marks led Shipley with a goal and an assist.

At the Daniel Boone Homestead, Boyertown posted the best team and individual performances at the Pioneer Athletic Conference championships.

The Bears turned back a spirited effort by second-place Pottsgrove thanks, in part, to Brett Kelly's first-place individual finish. Kelly negotiated the 3.1-mile course in 16 minutes, 5 seconds and that was 13 seconds better than second-place finisher Chris Lacava of Pope John Paul II. Boyertown finished with 69 team points and Pottsgrove was second with 79.
