Police in Montgomery County have charged a Blue Bell man with operating a methamphetamine laboratory out of his home. Francis Nolan, 45, of Belfry Drive, was arrested Saturday after Whitpain Township officers responded to the report of a domestic dispute at that address, police said. The call was placed by Nolan's elderly mother, according to authorities.
Montgomery County District Attorney Risa Vetri Ferman said investigators, acting on a search warrant, seized methamphetamine, chemicals, glassware, burner plates, and other paraphernalia. Officers charged Nolan with making methamphetamine, risking or causing a catastrophe, possessing drug paraphernalia, and related offenses. - Bonnie L. Cook
