Charlie Sheen's Oct. 25 hotel room nightmare continues.

Sheen, you remember, was given a psychiatric evaluation when he was found nude and reportedly smashed in a smashed-up hotel room. In the latest installment, his companion for the night, Capri Anderson, says she's suing him for battery and false imprisonment.

Anderson, a porn actress, on Monday told Good Morning America that Sheen, 45, subjected her to racial slurs, threw a lamp at her, and grabbed her by the throat. She said Sheen became rowdier as the night progressed. "It's hard to say, being that it was my first time hanging out with him, if it was normal everyday behavior for him," she said. Anderson said she was paid $3,500 to accompany Sheen to dinner.

She called reports that she also was expected to be paid for sex "absolutely untrue." Sheen's lawyer, Yale Galanter, has denied Anderson's allegations, including her claim that Sheen offered to pay her hush money.
