Bristol heads Outside
We don't know what sort of bungalow $172,000 buys in Wasilla, Alaska, but in the Phoenix suburb of Maricopa, someone -
Bristol Palin, for instance - can pick up a 3,900-square-foot brown stucco, two-level, tile-roofed place with 5 bedrooms, 21/2 baths, and a garage for three cars.
No place to swim out back like at mom and dad's place, but there's a community pool in the development, called Cobblestone Farms.
Those pesky public records in Pinal County show that Bristol, 20, is the sole purchaser of the home, built in 2006 (and sold then for north of $325,000). "I'm not sure why she wanted to buy that home, but we are real happy for her," previous co-owner Michael Smith, of North Dakota, told the Arizona Republic newspaper.
No word on whether Bristol will use it as a primary residence, a vacation place, or an investment property.

It will be the most radical change ever to hit the comic, which was launched nearly 50 years ago. Who'll be the unlucky superhero? Exec editor Tom Brevoort says writer Jonathan Hickman has included a string of clues in previous issues.
