Central. Alex Poplawski, a 5-foot-11 sophomore, had 17 rebounds for host Springfield (Delaware County) in its 58-37 win over Penncrest. Kelsi Chazin's 13 points paced the Cougars (8-2, 6-0).
Harriton picked up its first league win, 44-35, over visiting Marple Newtown by closing out the game with a 12-7 run. Katie Melvin's 18 points paced all scorers. The Rams are 4-8, 1-4.
Suburban One National. Ashley Alden's 19 points carried host William Tennent past Truman, 57-21. The Panthers (6-2, 2-2) led, 36-3, at halftime.
Megan Schafer had 13 points for host Neshaminy in its 44-38 win over Bensalem. The Redskins scored 16 of the game's final 20 points.
Devin Gold hit five three-pointers and finished with 25 points to lead Council Rock North to a 68-35 win over visiting Pennsbury.
Suburban One American. Taylor Bryant scored 18 points and Lauren Rothfeld added a double-double (10 points, 10 rebounds) in Upper Dublin's 57-31 win over visiting Norristown.
Suburban One Continental. Carley Kendall had 14 points and Gabby McAndrew added 12 points on four three-pointers as Souderton won at rival Quakertown, 57-33.
Host Hatboro-Horsham made nine overtime free throws to outlast Pennridge, 56-53. Alicia Hayes led the Hatters with 17 points.
Public. Sarah Rodgers helped turn a close game into a rout with 12 second-quarter points for Franklin Towne Charter in a 47-22 win at Kensington. The Coyotes led, 8-4, after one quarter and 18-6 at halftime.
Del-Val Charter got 15 points from Karastina Choub in a 51-27 win at Martin Luther King.
Isabella Ross had 18 points and seven rebounds for Central in a 55-28 win at Fels. Najah Jacobs had 16 points and 11 assists.
Tiffany Then had 20 points for Paul Robeson in a 52-16 win over visiting Randolph.
Ben Franklin opened the second half with a 15-2 run, sealing a 50-26 win over visiting West Philadelphia. Mary Joyner scored six of her game-high 15 points during that span.

North Penn's Meghan McGovern covered the 3,000-meter run in a state-championship qualifying time of 10 minutes, 27.17 seconds to win that event at the Delaware Valley Coaches Association meet at Haverford College.
