Asplundh Tree Expert Co. said Scott M. Asplundh was chosen chief executive officer and George E. Graham Jr. president. Asplundh had been president since 2001. Graham had been president of the Willow Grove company's UtiliCon Solutions Ltd., a holding company for Asplundh's nonvegetation management subsidiaries, and will now be president of Asplundh and UtiliCon.

Citizens Bank has appointed James D. Gray to lead its government-banking division in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. He had been senior vice president for government banking at Citizens since 2008.

Stream Cos., a Malvern advertising agency, said it had hired Mark C. Ferri to the new management position of director of sales. Ferri had been a national account director for a major search engine optimization/search engine marketing firm.

Franklin Mint Federal Credit Union, Broomall, has promoted several branch managers to assistant vice presidents. They are Denice Marburger, Michael Mastrangelo, Bryan Messick, and Frank Sieck.

Gannett Fleming Inc. has promoted Michael T. McNamara to president of its Transit & Rail Systems division in Audubon, Montgomery County. He had been executive vice president and chief operating officer of that division.

Bank of America Corp. has named Bassam Awadalla consumer market executive for Philadelphia-Bucks County, responsible for 35 retail-banking centers with more than 200 associates. Before joining Bank of America in 2008, he was a vice president and regional manager with Chevy Chase Bank.

Keane, a New York company whose main operating facility is based in Wayne, said Valerie Jundt had been named the managing director of the company's National Consulting & Advisory Services Group. She is a former national manager of state relations for the Deloitte & Touche L.L.P. unclaimed-property practice (now Thomson Reuters).

The World Trade Center of Greater Philadelphia has hired Michael Manning as manager of international trade services for New Jersey. Manning had been director of the Trenton office for the U.S. Commercial Service, which is part of the International Trade Administration.

The Trade Center also promoted Andrea Townrow to executive vice president from manager of business development.

The Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia has named Mary Ann Hood director of its new Office of Diversity and Inclusion, which was required by the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act. Hood had been senior vice president of human resources and equal employment opportunity officer.

The PFM Group, a Philadelphia provider of financial and investment-advisory services to state and local governments, has named Leo J. Karwejna as a managing director and chief compliance officer. Karwejna had been vice president and chief compliance officer at Prudential Real Estate Investors, a subsidiary of Prudential Financial Inc.
