LiLo may face serious jail time - not only if she is convicted of the theft, but also if the judge rules that LiLo violated her probation. LiLo says she's not guilty.
More Chris Brown fallout . . .
Good news! ABC has decided not to press charges against Zen master Chris Brown, whose post-Good Morning America yoga exercises Tuesday led to the mysterious trashing of his dressing room.
Brown's apparent loss of control was due, it seems, to his distaste at being asked to discuss his conviction for assaulting his then-honeybunny Rihanna in '09.
For her part, GMA anchor Robin Roberts said Wednesday that she was surprised the 21-year-old Brown took exception to her questions. "I didn't think [the chat] had gone well," Roberts told Gayle King on Oprah's gal-pal's OWN show. "But by no means did I feel that it didn't go so well for him to react as he did."
Roberts said she "wasn't trying to . . . rehash every detail" of the Rihanna incident. She's not miffed, she added: Fact, GMA has invited the emotive Expressionist to return to the show. (Is this part of GMA's experiential series on masochism?)
Brown has maintained a (dignified?) silence. The avid tweeter has restricted his posts to (dignified?) plugs for his new CD.
All publicity is good . . .
Speaking of Brown's new CD, an Apple rep tells the L.A. Times that the mellow dude's new record, F.A.M.E., was the most downloaded album on iTunes on its first day out Tuesday. Insiders (without names) have suggested it will open at No. 1 on the Billboard album charts.
A good soul? No doubt!
