"I was hollering at 'em," Manuel said. "He acted like he didn't hear me" . . . The Phillies have signed infielder Kevin Frandsen to a minor league contract, according to ESPN.com. Frandsen, who appeared in 54 games for the Angels last season, will report to Triple A. He was released by the Padres last week.
