 April 7: Tequila University, a class taught by David Suro-Pinera, featuring three Siembra Azul tequilas paired with tapas by executive chef Nicholas Farina: tequila blanco with hamachi ceviche with pineapple, coconut and jalapeno seed; tequila reposado with striped bass with truffled pappardelle; tequila anejo with lamb with pumpkin hash; plus dessert of ancho chocolate truffle.
