Minor Leagues: Reading wins in 11th on bases-loaded walk

MANCHESTER, N.H. - Tim Kennelly walked with the bases loaded in the top of the 11th, giving Reading a 3-2 win over New Hampshire in the Eastern League on Tuesday night.

Portland 7, Trenton 0

PORTLAND, Maine - Alex Wilson allowed just two hits in six shutout innings as the Sea Dogs beat the Thunder in the Eastern League.

Wilmington 7, Kinston 6

KINSTON, N.C. - Tim Ferguson's infield out in the top of the ninth gave the Blue Rocks the Carolina League win.

Camden. The Riversharks signed former major-league pitcher John Bale, who once was traded for Jayson Werth while both were minor leaguers.

Rainouts. Lehigh Valley's International League game against visiting Syracuse was rained out. It will be made up as part of a doubleheader July 14.

Lakewood's South Atlantic League game against visiting Greensboro was also rained out. The teams will play a doubleheader Wednesday at 6:35 p.m.
