A team source denied a report that suggested Pronger would not play until Game 5.
"Our preparation is no different if he's in the lineup or not," center Danny Briere said after Friday's practice. ". . . I have to focus on myself, and it should be the same way with every single one of us."
Meanwhile, injured Buffalo defenseman Jordan Leopold, who scored 13 goals this season, is making progress as he tries to get back into the lineup.
Leopold - who, like Pronger, is trying to return from a broken hand - skated with his teammates at practice Friday. The Sabres and Flyers practiced on different rinks in the same Voorhees facility.
Unlike Pronger, Leopold did not have surgery, and his broken hand was allowed to heal by itself. He broke his hand on March 25 and may return late in the series.

Buffalo defenseman Shaone Morrisonn suffered an undisclosed injury while playing 13 minutes, 22 seconds on Thursday and did not practice Friday. Morrisonn may be replaced by Andrej Sekera, who has been sidelined by an upper-body strain. Morrisonn, who has a concussion history, was checked by Braydon Coburn early in the third period. . . . With rain in the forecast, the block party before Saturday's game will be moved inside the AT&T Pavilion and 11th Street Atrium at the Wells Fargo Center. The doors open at 2 p.m. . . . On Thursday, 203,000 households tuned into the Flyers-Sabres game, and 273,000 tuned into the Phillies-Nationals matchup, according to Comcast SportsNet.
