Officers from the 15th District spotted the boy around 9 a.m. in the 1600 block of Bridge Street, between Darrah and Lesher Streets. Police said the boy said that his name is Mark and that he is 3. He is 38 pounds and 42 inches tall, with a medium-brown complexion and short brown hair. He was wearing a polo shirt with red, white and blue stripes, dark-gray shorts, and white-and-black sneakers. Anyone with information on the boy is asked to call the Special Victims Unit at 215-685-3251.
