1SHOOTER LOOSE AFTER NORTH PHILLY INCIDENT

Police are looking for a suspect in connection with a shooting that occurred in a second-floor apartment on Jefferson Street near Carlisle in North Philadelphia last night.

A 19-year-old man was shot in the left arm about 5:25 p.m. by another man who was 18 to 20 years old, police said. The victim was in stable condition at Hahnemann University Hospital.

Police said the suspect and victim knew each other but wouldn't elaborate. The suspect is 5 feet 11, about 155 pounds, has black hair and a goatee and was wearing a black hooded sweater and Levi's jeans at the time of the shooting, police said.

2 ARMED-ROBBERY SUSPECT SOUGHT

A man in his 60s walked into a strip-mall pharmacy on March 23, showed a male cashier a demand note - and a black revolver - then walked out with bottles of Vicodin and Oxycodone about 3:45 p.m., police said yesterday.

Police are searching for the man in connection with the armed robbery at Deluxe Pharmacy on Frankford Avenue near Pennypack Street in Upper Holmesburg.

The man left the store on foot. He was recorded on the pharmacy's surveillance video, which police posted online.

The video shows the man, who is about 5 feet 10, wearing a brown jacket, a tan hat and blue jeans at the time of the robbery.Anyone with information on the suspect is encouraged to call the Philadelphia Police Northeast Detectives at 215-686-3153.
